Zhengzhou Ruite Diamond Sand Belt Co., Ltd. new type Belt Sander tested success, Belt Sander is mainly used with diamond resin (electroplating) sand belt, mainly used for surface spraying chromium nitride (CrN), titanium nitride (TiN), titanium carbon nitride (TiCN), tungsten carbide and other ceramic coating roller and shaft grinding and polishing processing. The structure of sand belt machine is shown in the figure below:

The main features of the Belt Sander are as follows:

1.Pressure display, the pressure of the belt is controllable, which is convenient for the operator to control. Through the change of the pressure display, you can know whether the outer diameter of the roller is uniform. Movement to eliminate the margin and there is no tool marks on the work-piece.

2.The belt machine has a narrow width adjustable left and right swing function, which can effectively eliminate the tool walking marks on the work-piece.

3.The linear speed of the belt is adjustable.
